These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided at zs99.lat, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all associated account and payment features. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account or using any part of the zs99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Access to and use of the zs99 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. zs99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a Player who is under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds returned to the original deposit source where technically feasible.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of zs99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. zs99 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your country or territory of residence.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on zs99. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
Providing false information during registration, including misrepresentation of age, constitutes fraud. zs99 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities and to retain any funds in the Account pending investigation.
To register an Account on zs99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. zs99 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zs99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify zs99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
zs99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. zs99 may, at its sole discretion, accept or decline any documentation submitted.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. zs99 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The Account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
zs99 currently accepts deposits via the following methods for Players based in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT, and other approved cryptocurrency assets. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their Account for the current list.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. zs99 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment method must match the name registered on the Player's Account.
The zs99 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wager amounts are denominated in PKR. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. zs99 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit requirements at any time.
Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided that: (a) the Account has undergone satisfactory KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's Real Money Balance; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been met; and (d) no active fraud investigation or account review is in progress.

For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. zs99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Important: zs99 operates a strict policy against money laundering. Any Account identified as being used for the purposes of laundering funds will be immediately suspended, and all relevant authorities will be notified. All deposits must be made from payment methods owned by and registered to the Account holder.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by zs99 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for zs99 bonus credits is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering with Real Money Funds does not reduce Bonus Fund wagering requirements.
zs99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has: (a) created multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) used betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine sporting or gaming intent; (c) provided false information to qualify for a promotion; or (d) engaged in any conduct that zs99 reasonably considers to constitute bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds and associated free bets will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account balance with no right of reinstatement.
All bets placed on zs99 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport or market. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the zs99 system and a bet reference number has been issued. zs99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. In the case of cricket markets, results are settled in accordance with the official scorecard as confirmed by the relevant cricket board (e.g., PCB for PSL and Pakistan national team matches). Winnings are credited to the Player's Account immediately upon settlement.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or technical fault that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, zs99 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. zs99 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous prices.
In-play (live) betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets with the following additions: (a) bets submitted during a delay in the live feed may be rejected or voided at zs99's discretion; (b) zs99 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
All casino games offered on the zs99 Platform — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, and table games — are operated using certified software from licensed providers. Random number generation procedures are independently audited, and stated RTP percentages reflect certified outcomes. zs99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Completed rounds will be settled and credited to the Player's Account. zs99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from disconnection caused by the Player's internet service or device.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of zs99. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes during the term of their Account.
zs99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. zs99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Platform services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

zs99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where zs99 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon Account closure resulting from Player-initiated request with no outstanding breach, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used qualifying payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure. Where closure is initiated by zs99 due to breach of these Terms, zs99 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation.
zs99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, additions of clarifying language, or minor structural changes) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs99 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through zs99's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
zs99's internal dispute resolution process is the first required step before any formal legal proceedings. Players with unresolved complaints should submit a formal written complaint to the zs99 support team. zs99 will provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.
